Our subscriptions are designed to be effortless, joyful, and beautifully simple. Each plan runs on a monthly cycle closing on the first of the month, arrives prepaid in a single purchase, and begins with a warm welcome note sent right away (plus a little gift for 6-month+ plans). Every delivery is a curated surprise—we reveal each month’s contents only after shipping so the magic stays intact.

PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:

Subscription Start Dates

Orders placed after the 1st of the month begin with the next month’s box cycle. For example: an order placed on November 29th will start with the January box. All subscriptions include a welcome note sent immediately, and 6-month subscriptions also receive a small introductory gift as soon as it's placed (Standard shipping is 7-9 days).

 

Prepaid & Non-Refundable

All subscription boxes are sold as a prepaid, one-time purchase. Because the full term is paid upfront, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on subscription box purchases.

 

No Cancellations

Subscription box gifts are non-cancellable. Once purchased, the subscription is confirmed and committed for the full duration selected, reserving product with suppliers. 

 

Product Availability & Monthly Reveals

Part of the magic of our subscription boxes is the monthly surprise.  Because of this, the contents are kept a secret until boxes ship — it’s all part of the fun. We reveal each month’s items on our social channels once deliveries go out, so you can follow along and see what your recipient received!

 

Shipping Information 

Subscription boxes ship on our monthly schedule. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. The Curated Box Company is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses or postal service disruptions of any kind. If shipping costs increase significantly for reasons beyond our control (such as postal service strikes), you will be notified and given the option to cover the additional postage with a new carrier, to delay the boxes until the service resumes, or cancel the remaining months of the subscription for a refund of the unused portion.

 

Gift Delivery

Each month’s box will be delivered directly to the recipient you designate at checkout. Any changes to recipient information must be requested before the next shipping cutoff date and are not guaranteed. Cut off dates are due by the 10th of the month before sending month.
